The Affordable Housing Program (AHP) provides direct subsidies or subsidizes the interest rate on advances to FHLB Member institutions. The program encourages members to participate in and support efforts that increase the supply of affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income households throughout Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
